Biography of Kyndra L Mulder
Over 37 Years of Success!
A Personal Note from Attorney Mulder:
Hello and thank you for taking the time to check out my website.
After practicing law for over 37 years, I am no longer interested in the big office; secretary, receptionist, paralegal and junior attorney. I prefer to meet with a client personally, stay in touch with the client,, and personally handle every aspect of the case. You can guess that as a sole practitioner I must limit my case load. This is another reason why I am selective. I will not take on more work than I can handle and i want to have the time to get to know you and work with you personally.
I have been licensed to practice law for over 37 years. My practice is limited to U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Family adjustment of status through the USCIS, consulate processing, or as a defense to removal has always been an area of practice at Mulder Law.
A unique area of my practice is litigation that involves the enforcement of the I-864. You will find only a handful of attorneys in the USA that have knowledge and experience in this area. I am one of those few.
I also have years of experience in the area of waivers. I represent clients to file waivers with US consulates around the world, with the USCIS, and as a defense to removal.
My career began in the Broward County State Attorneys Office (Fort Lauderdale, Florida). Naturally, I represent immigrants who have found themselves in trouble with the law and facing inadmissibility or deportation as a result of a crime.
Below are some highlights of my career and my life.

Why Team with Mulder Law
-
Commitment
The Mulder Law commitment is to follow through with intention and focus. My commitment to my clients is to follow through with a purpose and a plan of action. I will listen to you in defining your purpose and we will build a plan together. The purpose and plan will be put in writing.
I will answer or promptly return your phone calls,
I will meet with you personally,
I will appear personally at your interviews and hearings.
-
Experience
There is no substitute for experience. Think of a weight lifter; the more the weight lifter works out the stronger s/he becomes and the more weight s/he is able to lift. It is the same with the practice of immigration law; the more practice the more knowledgeable and skilled the attorney becomes.
I have over 34 years experience and focus on immigration cases that require a waiver. I have developed a skill at identifying purpose, developing a plan, and implementing the plan.

Passion
I have been practicing law for more than 34 years. At this stage in my career I have narrowed my practice and I am selective in the clients I choose to team with. My practice is narrowed to Immigration cases that require a waiver. If I choose to team with you, your case is my case and your victory is my victory. I will be with you all the way.
If I can not represent you with passion, I will not take you as a client.
