US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS): Report the fraud to USCIS's Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) office.
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI): File a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
Local law enforcement: Report the fraud to your local police department or sheriff's office.
